Collaboration Services within UniOps owns and manages products like the Unilever Intranet, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Email & Exchange, SharePoint, Print & Document capability, and other platforms that make employee and cross organization collaboration possible at Unilever.

This role presents a great first step for those looking become experienced Product Owners/Managers as it sits within the fast and exciting Products and Solutions space. Managing the future roadmaps of our key enterprise collaboration platforms, such as Teams, Yammer, Whiteboard, Viva, etc.; responding to major changes presented in the roadmap by building and deploying innovative solutions; and communicating these changes to end users to enhance employee experience are tasks key to the success of this role.

The role will partner closely and collaboratively with suppliers such as Microsoft, business stakeholders and activation/training experts within the said spaces across a global level and landscape. This person is also the owner of establishing routes of tapping into “Voice of Customer”, keeping a keen eye on platform usage reports and building dashboards to surface data where needed in an agile manner.

SKILLS:

Reasonable exposure to, and knowledge of enterprise collaboration products like Microsoft Teams, Yammer, or similar.

Prior experience in Partnering a Business Function and Markets

Exposure to lean agile ways of working, and DevOps planning tools like Azure DevOps; Process design and modelling.

Basic IT project management experience in cross functional-culture-geography in regional-global setting

Working with Service Operation teams and understating of Service Operations principles.

Experience in working with multi-vendor teams and global suppliers

Appreciation of the processes and desire for product ownership and management

Basic exposure/working know how of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate and PowerBI) will be a plus

Previous experience with change and adoption planning, execution. Experience in liaison with global comms teams, creating and working with help files is highly appreciated.

Exposure to Service Introduction and associated processes will be a plus.

A strong and self-confident influencing style, being able to inspire confidence in customers and influence suppliers.

Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to identify potential impact and blockers, problem solve and resolve them.

Passion for simplification and continuous improvement

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members to understand and develop technology solutions and innovations for business needs

Organised, strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks in order to meet established deadlines

Excellent communication, active listening and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation

Team-player who is a proactive self-starter, with the ability to work independently

Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential personal information adhering to Unilever’s compliance standards.
