OFSS Consulting is part of Financial Services Global unit and provides a variety of consulting services covering new implementations, upgrades, Customization and Managed services for a variety of Industry leading products like FLEXCUBE, DIGIX – Oracle Digital Banking experience, Analytics, Pricing and Billing, Leasing and Lending and Oracle Banking Products covering Retail, Corporate, Investment and Wealth and Private banking domains.

We are ambassadors at the customer site both to create the right relationship and trust from the customers and to deliver high quality projects, services and advices. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Software Development & Delivery
  • Product Implementation & Support.
  • Should be able to contribute independently
  • Adherence to Oracle internal processes

Experience:

  • Knowledge in domestic payments domain and workflows like NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, interfaces (sync and async), ISO8583
  • Good Hands-on experience of Java/J2EE, Hibernate, JSON, XML, SOAP and REST based Webservices, Java Script, HTML
  • Good Hands-on experience of middleware– JMS, MQ, OSB, JMS Admin knowhow, JMS in WEBLOGIC
  • Socket Programming in Java + Core Java (proficiency level 6-7)
  • Knowledge in Application servers – WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss
  • Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database version 11 and above
  • Knowledge of Junit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, Unix Shell scripting and basic commands
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud environments and Kafka
  • Exposure to Security concepts – PKI, SSO, SAML
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in FLEXCUBE in similar role is a significant plus
  • Sound knowledge on SDLC - Water-fall and Agile Models
  • Good Knowledge of Config, Design & Dev.
  • Experience in Design / Code reviews
  • Experience in Product Implementation and Support.
  • Usage of tools for screen mock-up, UI prototyping tools.
  • Experience in FIS core banking will be a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills, Collaboration in teams, documentation skills
