Job Description

  • Solve Business Problems through Process Design, Technology solutions and Operations User Automation
  • Build tools that allow Operations to automate steps in a process or entire processes
  • Collaborate with other Operations super users to build business analytics tools
  • Design and understand business processes, so that automation efforts are focused on processes that are optimal.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Project teams to leverage funded Technology projects, where there are opportunities to implement a more effective and scalable Technology solution
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders. Solve Business Problems through Process Design, Technology solutions and Operations User Automation
  • Integrate the vision will all the Operations Departments: Credit, Onboarding, Tax and Investment Operations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Technical skills are a requirement in order to build solutions that will bring an immediate benefit to Operations. Proficiency in Alteryx, Xceptor, unqork, Uipath, tableau, Power BI and such AI tools are an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and driving operational change/system development
  • Technical skills to support existing tools when there are production issues and enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of MS tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
  • Understand the business process and ensure that process improvement initiatives are run in conjunction where required. Identify weaknesses in processes or tools to help steer the prioritization of Operations Transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing different stakeholders.
  • Project management experience is an added advantage.
