About the Role
ICICI Bank is actively integrating technology into all aspects of its operations, aiming to lead a digital and technological transformation as a BankTech institution. As an Information Technology Analyst, your role will involve managing a cluster of technology platforms, continuously evaluating technology solutions, and implementing innovative technology stacks to drive business excellence at ICICI Bank. Working alongside cross-functional business teams, you will create technology solutions by leveraging digital and data capabilities, as well as introducing new-age technologies to develop a platform approach to the operating model. Additionally, you will actively seek opportunities for digitization, building intelligent automation workflows in core banking processes through scalable, modular, and well-governed technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Opportunities: Continuously explore, evaluate, and introduce new technology platforms encompassing SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows.
- Eliminate Downtime: Regularly test IT systems for readiness to handle unforeseen events that may impact business continuity.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to Information Security guidelines, maintain up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities to comply with protocols, standards, and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional teams to gain a deep understanding of operational processes in relevant areas, aiming to implement frictionless and Straight Through Processing (STP) of business operations.
- Support: Ensure system availability and provide support during system downtime and technical exigencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a scalable, resilient, and well-governed technology stack.
- Service Orientation: Proactively resolve potential IT-related queries and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with technology partners providing support.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution.
- Technology Experience: Prior experience as a software developer, business analyst, or technology manager in any industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to clearly understand problems.
- Stay Up-to-date: Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities, ensuring compliance with technology protocols, standards, and business user manuals.
- Market Understanding: Proficiency in exploring, evaluating, and implementing new technology platforms including SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows.
- Team Synergy: A talent for regular interaction with business/product/functional teams to build the technology stack.
