We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Warranty Analyst
Responsibilities

• Adjudicate pay or deny the claim received.
• Oversee & ensure warranty support on pre- & post-contractual warranty administration & management, terms & conditions of the contract, & management of claims.
• Manage ageing claims with regular follow-ups with the end customer/client for the smooth closure of the claim.
• Identify the root cause of the failure of claimed parts and pay the credit accordingly.
• Good understanding in service bulletins.
• Ensure process KPI are maintained– TAT, Accuracy
• Provide support to IT team for the enhancement of the warranty portal.
• Customer relationship management through conducting periodic reviews.
• Prepared weekly and quarterly open/closed warranty claims showing the activities of all warranty claims paid to streamline the process and minimize delays.
• Performed Quality Audit for the team.
• Take ownership for new initiatives and analytics


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in any disciple
• Good Communication skill and Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Decision making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications
• Prior Aviation experience
• Analytical Mind, Reasoning skills, Proactive, Self-Starter, Ability to work with larger team, Work under Pressure
