The Global Financial Advisory team, under Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd., is responsible for building our network in key geographies and working to remove barriers for seamless global client service delivery. The team aides in improving our ability to better serve the needs of global Advisory clients, facilitates growth in client relationships and outbound and inbound revenues, helps prioritize Advisory investments, and enhances the overall talent experience. The positions are long-term leadership support roles, with opportunities to grow as the Global Office expands.
About the Brand, Marketing & Communications Team
The Brand, Marketing & Communications team is responsible for driving internal and external awareness of strategic initiatives. The focus is on priority programs related to brand, eminence, thought leadership, and sales enablement; activities include campaign management, promotion of content, key offerings, and analyst recognition through digital marketing (website and social media), member firm collaboration, public relations, internal and external communications channels, and ROI tracking.
Job Description
We are looking for a brand, marketing and communications professional with a strong understanding of professional marketing services. The ideal candidate is someone who can provide support to global leaders to drive marketing and communications strategies and campaigns, enhance the firm’s brand value, and promote its services and products. We are looking for an individual who thinks critically and strategically and keeps current on the B2B marketing practices. The candidate must be a team player who can creatively drive campaigns and communications independently as well as work collaboratively with their counterparts across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist project leads to execute various Global Financial Advisory campaigns, projects, communications, and other initiatives
• Identify and develop effective communication and marketing promotions strategy for campaigns, thought leadership, and other marketing materials available
• Project management that includes assisting in development, design, and final delivery of all client-ready/promotion-ready marketing and communication collaterals
• Support in building effective digital and social media marketing strategies for various Global Financial Advisory projects, leaders, and initiatives
• Adhere and maintain consistency in applying Deloitte’s overall branding guidelines, Global Financial Advisory brand, and legal requirements while creating or updating any content and collaterals, for any communications and promotions
• Stay abreast and navigate through Deloitte’s different teams to identify and seek collaboration for various design, webpage, digital marketing requirements
