Job Description

• Ideate, create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to key stakeholders
• Work closely with our Product Managers, developers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of our product from conception until launch and beyond
• Identify creative ways to solve UX problems like usability and findability
• Pilot user research and enhance already existing user interface designs
• Develop and prototype User interfaces in adherence to brand guideline
• Define the right interaction model and monitor its execution
• Brief design ideas and prototypes to developers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UI design and development - must have

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Visual Communication

Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Multimedia and Animation

Bachelor’s in Design and Media Communication

M.sc Visual Communication

Masters in Visual Design

• Proficiency in Tools: Balsamiq, Sketch, Zeplin, Figma & Adobe XD
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• The innovation-driven mindset to create something out of the box
• Knowledge in other design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator
• Creative thinking with immense attention to visual detail
• Proactive - takes initiative, is self-motivated, and a team player
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
