Designation: Management Level – New Associate

Job Location: Bengaluru

Qualifications: Any Graduation

Years of Experience: 0 to 1 years

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, and Capital Market vertical, which focuses on assisting clients with their tax preparations, insurance coverage, and investment portfolios. Your role will be a part of the KYC team, operating within a larger group and responsible for various activities related to Know Your Customer reviews for corporate/commercial customers and funds. This entails possessing a deep understanding of quality assurance frameworks, continuous improvement initiatives, KYC remediation, risk classification, politically exposed persons (PEPs) investigations, and regulatory compliance. The Anti Money Laundering team’s primary objective is to define business requirements and implement process and system controls to prevent the illegal movement of funds through an organization’s financial systems. This role necessitates a strong grasp of anti-money laundering laws and regulations, client onboarding, sanction screening, remediation, periodic reviews, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
